“Jenn is amazing. She is an incredible health coach – very passionate, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. She’s a wealth of information, with an excellent holistic, natural and proactive approach to health. She listens well, is responsive, thorough and caring. I completed the 16 week blood sugar mastery program, with a focus on gut health, and found her to be a great encourager and cheerleader. Highly recommended!”

“I had no idea before I sat with Jen one day, in our Nursery School staff lounge, what a Holistic Nutritionist was and what additional benefit she could add to our daily Nursery menus. After all, we cooked fresh food, from scratch and produced good balanced menus for our children and staff. So what could Jen offer us that would add to that? My eyes were opened and my brain educated. At our Nursery Schools we focus on looking at the child as an individual with differing needs and abilities, supporting them as they challenge themselves and grow. But was the menu doing what we needed it to do? Jen has spent the last two years working with our Chef's to pivot our menus using nutritional education and building health and healing into the core of our mealtimes. Within a very short time we noticed a difference in our children. They had more energy, were more focused and more able to self regulate their emotions. Jen has concentrated on us as a client and our individual needs, helping us to find better, healthier alternatives to the products we use in a practical and cost efficient way. Her continued advice and sharing of her knowledge helps us plan our menus going forward.
