“Worst customer service. We were standing in line waiting to be served, but the lady wearing glasses kept talking and laughing with another customer in a different language instead of helping the people waiting. “I went because a cousin told me 18% cream was always on sale. I come back for the reduced bakery, salad and deli goods. “Don’t Shop Here If You’re Black!!! The loss prevention employee followed me into every aisle I entered. It became so obvious and uncomfortable that had to ask if there was a problem.I was uncomfortable I could not focus on what I came to buy because I was constantly aware of someone staring at me and monitoring all my movements. Hovering the experience left me feeling profiled and unwelcome. I saw other customers shop normally while I was singled out. & kept noticing the same person behind me over and over.I don’t now Whether LP's motivation was race, suspicion, poor training, or something else more concerning. “This is directly related to the pharmacy. When asking the pharmacist a question regarding my prescribed meds, and the interactions that may occur she looked confused and had no answer. The tech who filled my scripts took my script paper without filling the whole order and otc shampoo which she didn't even direct me to the shampoo until after I returned to the store realizing I didn't even know what it was called as she took the script. As well as being told one of the drugs Doxycycline (assuming I need) was not covered and was offered no solutions or directions. Concerned for people's safety regarding this encounter, as well as taking a med that i might need the other one...”Read moreShow less

“Felt unwelcome and over watched. Security is overwhelming. My mother and I were shopping like regular customer. But security continued to follows us around as if we were dogs. “Consistently horrendous service here. This is how it usually goes. 1. drop off prescription, get glared at for making someone do something, then get given an ETA. 2. call after the ETA is up. Get told medication is ready. 3. go to store, stand a line up of 2 people for 30 minutes while they try to avoid the line up. 4. get told the medication is not ready or not in stock. say I was told it was ready 30 minutes ago. They shrug their shoulders and say to pick it up tomorrow. 5. Get frustrated and walk out, wife calls in to complain. they tell us they dont know what the big deal is and that its in stock and they can have it ready in 5 minutes. 6. Rinse repeat. these people clearly do not want to work and do not give a damn about their customers. We unfortunately have to come here fairly regularly and they waste our time every time. not to mention they are all arrogant and condescending. the manager was there today, completely ignored my complaints. didnt even bother to try and help.”Read moreShow less

“I went in today after work. I saw some sales they had. I picked up a few items and I went to use the self checkout and the price didnt reflect the sale. I ask the Spanish lady in pink why it’s not reflecting the price. She said the online sales are different from the store but I told her it’s on the price tag inside the store. She goes and checks the items with me and one of the tag is pulled out and says it’s not on sale. I tell her it is and someone just took it off and she kept saying no instead of checking. The way she was talking was like I was stealing money from her because she didn’t believe it was on sale. I asked her if the store manager was in so I could talk to him about the poor customer service and how the people who work there should know or at least see if it’s on sale before treating people like they are thieves stealing their hourly wage.
