“I initially went to see Jenny for a physiotherapy consult about my back & leg pains. She was so helpful & had amazing hands. Through our talk, I expressed how I had enjoyed pilates in the past & was pleased to find out that she teaches pilates classes. I joined her Zoom class during Covid which was so helpful and worked well for then. Now, I am pleased to be at an in person group pilates class through the community Centre. “If you're looking for a physiotherapist, you should consider seeing Jennifer. Over the years with a back problem; various aches and pains from Fibromyalgia; and just plain aging, I've seen a number of physiotherapists; but none of them could help me like she has. Jennifer is very knowledgeable about the body, it's movement and how to realign and alleviate discomfort. She's able to identify the issue, provide relief and show you what you can do at home. “Jennifer is smart and intuitive. I have been seeing her twice a month for 60 mins. She was able to pin point the root cause of my pain and get me moving with more ease.
