“Really liking the one on one personal training with Jamal. She pays particular attention to my areas that need modifications and extra work. Lots of variety in the workouts, watches technique closely. “I have attended many of Jamal’s strength training classes. Classes are fun and challenging. The group atmosphere is relaxed, supportive and not intimidating. Classes are a nice size so Jamal is able to correct your form to ensure you are doing the workout properly and safely. I have also had one on one personal training with Jamal. She is very knowledgeable and meets you where you are at and develops workout plans that help improve strength and conditioning at a steady pace.
