The vibe the moment you walk through the door is pure, unadulterated peace. She runs this place with the kind of warmth and perfection that makes you want to move in permanently. You can tell she pours her heart into every single detail. ​And then there is Mansa. Let’s talk about Mansa. I am convinced Mansa does not have regular hands,they are blessed instruments of pure magic. I walked in feeling like a crumpled piece of paper, carrying the stress of a thousand lifetimes in my shoulders. Mansa completely realigned my entire existence. It wasn't just a massage; it was an eviction notice to every knot and ounce of tension in my body. ​If you are existing on this planet and feeling stressed, do yourself a favor and book an appointment immediately. “Jeevanaya Wellness is honestly one of the best massage spots in Barrie. The therapists really know what they’re doing and take the time to understand exactly what you need. “I had a wonderful experience! Had a little hiccup from the receptionist, but it was a misunderstanding and several phone calls reminding. Later I learned that there was a lot of cancellations and I experienced that it would be a loss for me and my family if we missed this therapist and sessions. The therapist was skilled, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the session. I left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend this wellness centre”

“I truly did NOT enjoy my experience at Jeevanaya Wellness for multiple reasons. Less than 30 minutes before attending my appointment, I received 2 phone calls, which I did not answer as my phone was on silent and I was driving. When I walked into the establishment and said my name for the appointment, the receptionist rudely said “we tried to call you”. I found this very odd as I confirmed my appointment the day prior and was early for my appointment, so I am unsure why the phone calls before my appointment were necessary. The massage itself was fine, however my 75 minutes were interrupted numerous times by a knock at the door, where my masseuse took time out of my appointment to answer the door each time. This was very upsetting and has never happened to me before at a massage appointment as it is supposed to be a relaxing and uninterrupted time. After my massage, I was told to take my time to get dressed and meet up at the front. Less than 2 minutes after my masseuse left the room, I heard running down the hall and a worker barged into my room while I was getting dressed. The worker did not say anything after realizing I was in the room, not even an apology, and she didn’t even close the door all the way after she left. When I walked out of the room all that was said was “we thought you had left”. I thought it was customary for service workers to knock before entering a room where someone could be changing, even if you think no one is in there. I was very disappointed in my experience as I checked the reviews beforehand and they all seemed great. This was undoubtedly the worst massage experience I have ever had and I will never be returning. I would not recommend this place to anyone.”
