“We had a very poor experience with this company. Our contact was Afzal. We were excited to use them because they could install a quartz countertop within a week of contacting them. That should’ve been our red flag but they were recommended to us so we went ahead. Communication, workmanship, quality, and customer service is very poor. They were dishonest about what size of slab they could provide us and installed a slab to small - 2 inches smaller than what they guaranteed us. There are so many options to have prevented this before installation and they did nothing to guide us or counsel us in the right direction. They easily could have advised us to choose a different slab since what we picked couldn’t be made to the measurements that they took! Instead he was sneaky and installed a $5000 countertop that is too small. We are extremely disappointed in how our kitchen turned out and he adamantly refused to make it right. In addition, he contracted the workers to do the take down of our old counter and install our backsplash. We scheduled them for 2pm and then called us at 9am that day saying the men were outside our house. We were not prepared for them to arrive at 9am and asked him to have them return at our agreed time of 2pm. Instead they arrived at 1pm. His disrespect for our time (and his contractors) was jarring. “Do not use this company. Very poor workmanship, quality, and customer service. Quartz countertops were installed incorrectly with improper sizing and they were not willing to do anything to fix it. We will be opening a consumer complaint, etc.”
