“My daughter was seen today by Dr. Horton & Dr. O’Brien. It was a quick visit and concluded she had some sores in her mouth, no procedure necessary, however I want express how very thankful I am of them. My daughter is 2.5 years old, she was in extreme pain, not sleeping, eating or drinking much. The last thing she wanted was someone looking in her mouth. They were very compassionate! I did not once feel like a number of the day, they gave all the time needed so both myself and my daughter were comfortable. I am that Mom that sheds tears anytime my daughter is hurt and I cannot help her. Her experience was so great that she even asked to go back after we left. They also took the time to answer all my questions and reassured me how the coming days would look for her. After we left the room and I was getting her things together in the waiting room, Dr. O’Brien came out again to remind me things I could give her to help and be 100% sure that I knew and was comfortable with how to care for her at home. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to you both! I was a very upset, stressed, tired mother when I walked in there today and expected the worst. I left feeling like we were family and truly cared for! We appreciate all you do!”

“Cant say enough good about this people!! very friendly and they go above and beyond to help you out. Me and my 3 year old daughter flew down from labrador to get a tooth looked after by some one else but they never even looked at it just slap something on it and go all there into is taking your money. I ended up taking her to the janeway emergency and ended up calling the janeway dental and they went above and beyond to fit her her to fix a bad infected tooth that some other company said there was nothing wrong. Thanks Janelle i dont know how or where but some day ill repay what you did for my daughter.”
