“I thoroughly enjoyed my treatment at Jane Dizon Massage Therapy. The room was calm, neat and welcoming, and Jane herself was so kind and caring throughout the whole treatment. I received a full-body massage done with hot stones which really helped to alleviate some chronic pain I'd been having. The heat of the stones along with a very nice table warmer added another level to the treatment and I left feeling refreshed and much less sore. “I have been going to Jane for over a year now. She is very good at being concerned about your well being and wants you to be comfortable. For example, she uses hot stones during my massages and I found it to be just a little too hot for me because my skin is sensitive. So when Jane knows I'm coming for my appointment, she cools down the hot stones for me. And she will also suggest stretches that I can do at home to help with my problem areas. She is very friendly and easy to talk to. I've been to a couple other RMTs, but Jane is the only one that makes me feel comfortable and treats me like family. I would strongly recommend seeing her if you are in need of a professional massage.”Read moreShow less

“Jane is absolutely the best! She takes her time listening to your every concern at every visit and genuinely cares about her patients. She explains why and what she doing to each muscle group so her clients have a better understanding of whats being done. My favourite thing is her technique using hot stones to warm up the muscles. It is nothing like I’ve ever experienced before. Her home based clinic is very clean and cozy which makes the whole experience comfortable and safe. I highly recommend Jane!”Read moreShow less

“Jane Dizon goes above and beyond to create an environment that fosters genuine care and comfort for her patients. She takes the time to listen attentively to your concerns and preferences. Each session is personalized to address your specific needs - injury, chronic pain or a retreat from life stresses, it doesn’t matter. What is unique about Jane’s treatments are the hot stones she utilizes. She has a unique take with these tools not like your traditional hot stone massage. She does use the heat of the stones for a relaxing effect, but also to address deeper areas of tension and tissue adhesions. Similar to scraping but more comfortable with such an organic tool like a stone opposed to metal instruments. As an RMT myself, I can’t recommend Jane enough. “Jane is always warm, friendly, and very welcoming. Her place will greet you with soft relaxing music, good lighting, projector which displays a dreamy scenes/places, and also has refreshments/coffee which you can have for free…overwhelmingly impressive! But it doesn’t end there, her main edge is how she delivers and provides exceptional massage..she uses hot stone, very good quality oil and towels which makes it a very luxurious experience. She also has a warmer that she puts on parts of the body that she’s not working on. She’s a good listener too and very attentive to details. “Jane is amazing massage therapist, she is very knowledgeable, experienced and professional. Before meeting her I had awful pain in my neck and low back, she did miracles on me. I tried many therapists in my life before I found her! Anyone who will get a spot in her clinic will be lucky! Her changing room and bathroom is clean and the the room is quiet and welcoming.
