“I have been coming to James Snow Physiotherapy for over 10 years for a variety of injuries and issues, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Every experience has been excellent and the entire staff is amazing everyone is welcoming, friendly, professional and always makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I especially want to recognize Deepshika Sharma. She is absolutely amazing! Deepshika is incredibly knowledgeable, caring and takes the time to understand exactly what is going on before creating a treatment plan. She explains everything clearly, makes you feel comfortable, and genuinely cares about your recovery. I always leave my treatment feeling better and confident that I’m in the best hands. I highly recommend James Snow Physiotherapy to anyone looking for exceptional care. If you have the chance to see Deepshika Sharma, you’re in excellent hands. She is truly outstanding!”

“Most Professional and Patient friendly clinc in Milton,I had a lower back and was visiting few Clinics in Milton for treatment for past 2 Months , my Friend told me about James Snow Physiotherapy clinic and told me they are very good , i came to them and noticed the differece in the technique they use ,every one was doing same treatment and they also did the same but their few techniques or i can say their Doctors have some magic in their hands , i took 4 visits and my back is again as good as teenager . Dr Deep is really the best, i highly recommend James Snow Physiotherapy.”

“Great experience for sports knee injury rehab I went to James Snow Physiotherapy for a sports-related knee injury and had an excellent experience. The physiotherapist was knowledgeable, took time to assess my injury properly, and explained the rehab plan clearly. The treatment and exercises were tailored to my sport, and I saw steady improvement in strength and mobility. Professional staff, clean clinic, and efficient appointments. “First and last time attending here. THE PLACE IS DIRTY SEE PHOTOS OF THE FLOORS AND WALLS. The place was uncomfortably hot with no proper air circulation. While I was at the front counter speaking to reception in English, the staff kept talking amongst themselves in another language — very unprofessional and off-putting. My appointment was scheduled for 7:00 PM. I arrived early at 6:50 and completed the intake form, but wasn’t seen until 7:18. At 7:12, I was told the delay was because people were "taking too long to change their clothes" and that I'd be seen in 2 minutes — that didn’t happen. You would think they would be on time for a new patient. When I left, no one was even at reception to book a follow-up (not that I’d ever come back). I was also asked to pay before the appointment, which felt odd — especially when I noticed other patients paid after their sessions. No explanation was given for the inconsistent treatment. And honestly, the place is dirty. Footprints all over the floor, hair, and if you actually look at the walls (see attached photos), it’s clear cleanliness is not a priority here. And before the business responds saying I’m not a patient — like they’ve done to every other 1-star review — I have the invoice and am happy to post it (with my address redacted) to prove otherwise. Would not recommend. Very disappointing experience.”
