“James is extremely knowledgeable about the body, he was diligent to figure out all the problems I was having. Normally I have to always ask an RMT to use more pressure because I’m a dancer and can take a lot, my muscles need it, but James strong hands were able to use as much pressure as I needed. I walked away feeling very refreshed. He also gave me some tips on what I should do to prevent injury and recommended a really good chiropractor to see.
