“Jade is an excellent massage therapist! She uses a variety of techniques (fascia release, cupping, hot stones, etc) and after seeing her I’ve felt a major, long-lasting improvement in my shoulder mobility (especially with overhead lifts). “You can tell Jade takes a lot of pride in what she does, as her attention to detail is top notch. From the use of essential oils, to soft table sheets, the playlist selection, the lighting and overall vibe of the room. Many of the techniques/modalities she uses, are not ones I’ve received at other clinics/practices. I really enjoyed having cupping and the hot stone massage. “Jade… where do I even begin, I should’ve wrote this a long time ago. I will never stop recommending you to people. You care, you care about people, about what goes into our bodies and you listen for signals within us. Jade is the most funny, down to earth, hardworking person, I have been seeing her for almost 4 years! Everything is curated for the client but also in a way that is authentic to her, from the lighting the products and the vibes she gives off! I have gone to Jade on my good days and my bad days and I have left feeling grounded and like a person again.
