“The only reason I’m giving a star at all is because the staff is genuinely nice and did a good job with me and my anxiety. The reason I’m leaving such a low star review is because I was referred here due to extremely high anxiety and I can’t do iv sedation I have to be put fully to sleep and I had to have all my bottom teeth removed and for immediate dentures to go in (already had the tops done at my usual dentist office with iv sedation That’s why I was referred here) and I had brought the dentures with me since they were supposed to put them in right after they were done stitching me up before they even woke me up and they didn’t, they didn’t try and put them in until I was out of surgery AWAKE in the recovery room pretty much ready to go home. I am very disappointed that they failed to do their job properly when it came to my dentures as now I have to go almost a week and a half before i can get them in while being toothless. I went to my usual dentist office today for them to try to put them in but I’m still to swollen even my usual dentist office is upset due to the fact they should’ve known to put them in immediately and failed to do so now I have to suffer with no teeth because they failed to properly do their job when it came to putting IMMEDIATE dentures in IMMEDIATELY after surgery hence the name immediate dentures”Read moreShow less

“Worst experience ever. They took advantage of me because I had good insurance coverage and used it to charge for unnecessary treatments. They filled 3–4 teeth, saying I had cavities. After the treatment, I started having severe pain and couldn’t eat properly. When I went back, they dismissed it as “bite pain” and said it would go away in a few days. It has been more than 6 months now, and I am still unable to eat properly. They also left a gap between my teeth after the filling, where food constantly gets stuck. When I went back and complained, they tried to fix it but were unable to do so. This made me lose confidence in their work. This experience has been so traumatic that I’m now scared to visit any dental clinic, even though I know I need help. I truly feel they prioritized making money from my insurance over my actual health. I would not recommend this place.”Read moreShow less

“Wonderful office. Great staff. I had a cleaning that I had never had before. The lady who did it was the best I have ever had. I am sorry I don’t remember her name. It was a great job on my cleaning. Am going back for fillings. They are a number one professional dental office. The best one I have ever been to. If you need a dentist. “I had a great experience today. The hygienist(shukri) was very professional, thorough, and gentle during my teeth cleaning. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment.”

“While I understand it was a misunderstanding I went into my appointment thinking it would cost ~$100. What I was initially charged was $111. At the very last moment as I was leaving the doctor called reception to change the billing codes and I was charged a total of $292. That stung after being told by 3 people it would be around $100. I visited another store after my appointment and mentioned my frustration to a cashier. Her and *another* person both complained about issues with the office. The cashier's story involved her niece's infected tooth and her being seen was delayed. Absolutely wild I walked 100 feet and *two* people also had complaints. “Himani cleaned my daughters’ teeth and was extremely kind, patient, and gentle throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to explain each step in a way they could understand and made them feel comfortable and at ease. Himani also clearly explained how to brush their teeth properly, which was very helpful. She was humble, professional, and showed genuine care for her patients.
