“I have been a patient of Dr. John Balkansky for about 10 years. My son is also a patient. I am very happy and feel privileged to be under his care. Dr. John is very knowledgeable, takes his time, does a thorough assessment, fully discusses your options and creates a treatment plan that actually works! His equipment is up to date. Dr. John truly cares for his patients and goes above and beyond. I have been treated for shoulders, knees, back and other alignments, some major some minor. On a couple of occasions I visited his office to make an appointment without calling, he saw I was in significant pain and he squeezed me in for treatment. Who else does that? My son is currently being treated for a knee issue, he was seen in emergency and was in a soft cast for a period of time. He was told if the issue does not resolve he will have to have surgery. So far there has been significant improvement under Dr. John's care and it looks at this stage surgery can be avoided. In addition to his knowledge and care for his patients, Dr. John has great bedside manner, a sense of humour and his staff are tremendous. In addition to his services he has registered massage therapists and other services available. The building has a pharmacy, xray, lab etc. Dr John's practice is a busy one for obvious reasons, and my experience has been you are called in for your appointment on time 99 percent of the time, I don't mind waiting a few minutes on the very rare occasion because I know he is providing quality service. “Thank you dr John for professional help with the rehabilitation of my knee. Before getting treatments in the IWellnes clinic my pain from my injury, arthritis and cysts was lingering on for a long time. Dr John’s plan for each session included new laser technology and hand massage. He also arranged sessions for acupuncture and cupping for quick pain management. I got a set of exercises to continue my recovery at home and will be happy to return in a few weeks for a check up. He provides Professional services with a positive attitude and energy.
