“I can’t recommend birth biomechanics with Riannon Setterfield enough! I only wish I’d seen her sooner. I started struggling with sciatica in my third trimester so made an appointment. A morning session with her would really set me up for a good day. “I went to see Dr. Ouimet for a consult about my sprained ankle and she suggested prolotherapy. After 8 weeks of not healing its own, just 2 sessions of prolo got me back playing soccer! She was very helpful, and asked a lot of questions to try to resolve issues why it wasn't healing and gave me stretches and exercises to keep it strong in the future.
