“Was pretty disappointed with the receptionist. I called 10 mins before it closed coming from a 40 min drive and was 6 mins late from closing. I called ahead of time to see if they could accommodate me a few mins to pick up kids glasses but refused. She seen me from her desk and ignored me. “I had my eye exam and asked a lot of questions about what I needed them for the most, which is for close up, since I work at a computer. I even saw the progressives that were good for close up and intermediate and said that would be best. Instead I got one that’s mostly long distance with a bit of close up on the bottom. I have a choice of not wearing them, or trying to crane my neck back to see out of the bottom. So I don’t wear them while reading or working, same as I did before I got them. I already had a pair that work great for intermediate and distance and this was a waste of money. I called up and was told I could come in and they’d try to adjust them, but I don’t need them adjusted. I need an entirely new set of lenses.”Read moreShow less
