“Dustie Steeves is a miracle worker. I came to her only two weeks ago, desperate for help, unable to lie on my back or front without extreme pain, and could barely walk a few steps at a time. My sleep was a horrendous nightmare of constant nerve pain (severe spinal stenosis) in my side and leg. I had not yet received a diagnosis and Dustie went to work on me with her unflagging passion and expertise. In two weeks I am walking, sleeping like an angel and have so much more stamina and am almost pain free! Besides her depth of knowledge of the body, her techniques work quickly to relieve pain and get you mobile. But beyond this, she is a vibrant bright spirit, relentlessly passionate about her work, and holds deep compassion for both humans and animals in pain. “Dr Dustie is excellent, she has really helped me with chronic pain issues related to fibromyalgia. Initial appointment was thorough, I left with some homework (stretches) that I implement daily for relief, and subsequent appointments have focused on my trouble areas. I have felt a significant change in my shoulders thanks to her expertise, which has resulted in a decrease of migraines!! An absolute lifesaver. Not to mention the wellness pod is also lovely, especially in conjunction with an adjustment. The clinic is right in the middle of town, great location. It's clean and inviting, Yogi the Saint Bernard is very cute (to look at, no touching!) and the receptionist (Dustie's Mom) is absolutely lovely. Highly recommend Island Edge :)”Read moreShow less

“Worlds greatest chiropractor!! Dustie is on a whole other level, I literally travelled 16 hours to visit her when she moved from Alberta because she’s THAT good, the countless times over the years that I’ve gotten a sports injury leaving me barely able to move and she would squeeze me in on a moments notice to have me back in the game, the longer term injuries she’s helped me fully recover from, even my posture is better because of her, she even checks in to make sure I’m doing the at home exercises she gives me because she genuinely loves what she does and cares for her clients. “Dustie has helped me tremendously, I originally went to her because my jaw had knotted up to the point I could barely chew, she fixed it in 1 trip. While I was in she’s also worked on my shoulders as I have constant tension headaches, she’s done wonders for these too. I have been to other chiropractors before but they always tend to trigger migraines. I highly recommend going to Dustie with any issues, she actually listens to what your issues and concerns are and takes these into consideration when treating you.
