“Dr. Gauthier was wonderful…explaining things as we went along, educating in a positive and personable manner. It was a very positive experience and I came away feeling encouraged. The woman who helped me look at glasses was super! She wasn’t pushy, yet let me know what she thought. “I recently had an eye appointment with Dr. Kettner at ISight Optometry- it was a great experience for me, and it started even before my appointment. As I was just thinking that I needed to make an appointment, I got a message that it was time to book one. I called immediately, and spoke with a very kind and professional receptionist, and was able to get in at a suitable time. On the day of my appointment, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff - I can tell that they enjoy their work. Dr. Kettner is such a kind man - I have been his patient since 2012! He’s such a professional! He has always been so thorough, and he asks a lot of questions about my eye health, explains the prescriptions that I take and demonstrates how to use the ointments I’ve had to take, and takes the time to explain things to me. At times when I’ve had allergic reactions to pets or seasonal allergies, he has gotten me in the same day to check out my eyes and give me a prescription. Dr. Kettner is very patient with me as we find just the right prescription for my eyes- which gets a little trickier with aging. In fact, I’ve found all the staff at ISight Optometry to be caring and professional- I’ve even gotten makeup for sensitive eyes tips from Dr. Gautier! Cyril helped me pick out my first frames in 2012, and he helped me again at my last appointment. He’s so gifted, and I have found his choices to be so good, that I don’t need to agonize over choosing my own frames- he knows what works for me!
