“I’ve been a patient of Khadija for one month now , post concussion. Khadijah is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, patient and encouraging. I am definitely finding relief in my symptoms of post concussion syndrome since I’ve been going to her. I look forward to continuing my sessions with her. I also find all the staff at the clinic to be very friendly and eagerly wanting to help me. I’m so grateful to be going there.”Read moreShow less

“After my plane crashed I worked with 2 Amazing people my visual therapist Yash Kaur and Dr. Randhawa. It was a long process and a lot of hard work. Yash was a very encouraging therapist. I had some ups and downs but she always believed in me I couldn’t have done all the work without her. Dr. Randhawa was always patient and kind no matter what my results were. She was very encouraging and made me believe I could get better and I did!”Read moreShow less

“I started going to this clinic about a year after my accident. During that year I've had persistent pain and PCS (Post Concussion Syndrome). I felt so helpless. The exercise, worksheets and messages provided by doctor Khadija Kausar have been a huge help and has made a huge difference in my life. I've only been to a hand full of sessions so there's more work to do, but I'm always excited to go to my appointment knowing that THIS is what I needed. I couldn't have asked for a better vestibular physiotherapist.”Read moreShow less

“After my accident, the physiotherapy Sahar Othman is more than professional, she knows well about choosing the best treatment and excercises, she is patient with listening and get the needs of my case. She is well beyond caring of my failure and she suggests the right option. I also experienced the best receptionist ever, Margeux, she is extremely helpful, she understand the needs and do extra service to me, I am always happy to see her with her welcoming smile and extra help.”Read moreShow less

“We had an appointment scheduled for 3:00 PM and arrived 10 minutes early, but we were still made to wait for 30 minutes. This felt very unprofessional, especially since we were not informed in advance about any delay. During my boyfriend’s assessment, the doctor used complex medical terms that he did not fully understand. Instead of explaining things clearly and respectfully, she became irritated when he asked for clarification. He is already dealing with a shoulder and arm injury, so her rude and dismissive attitude was extremely disappointing. At one point, she reacted in a very unprofessional manner and told him to look up the information herself, which was upsetting and unnecessary. Overall, the experience was frustrating, disrespectful, and far below the level of care we expected. I would not recommend this clinic.”Read moreShow less

“My experience with the staff at iScope has exceeded all of my expectations! After my car accident, I was struggling with symptoms that affected my daily life, and I am so grateful for the care I have been receiving here. My vestibular therapist Devi has been very patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout my recovery journey. She takes the time to explain what she is doing and why it’s important. Her compassion and expertise help me make progress when I feel overwhelmed and discouraged. I also want to recognize the incredible support staff who assist with the cognitive activities focused on improving my memory, focus, and concentration. They are all so kind, patient, and encouraging, and they always adjust the activities based on how I’m feeling that day. A special thank you to Aisha, who has been absolutely amazing throughout my recovery journey. The entire team has created such a welcoming and supportive environment, and I’m so grateful for all of them.”Read moreShow less
