“I sustained as concussion over a year ago, that had lingering and distressing post concussion symptoms lasting for months. Before I met Kody I was frightened of what was happening to me. I was becoming increasingly isolated and my physical fitness was declining. I couldn't work. Kody and her team worked with me via education and fitness routines to help with self management of symptoms and be able to return to my pre injury self. Kody and Ricardo (exercise specialist) helped me to recognize physical limits and to safely push them. Kara (massage therapist) helped with relaxing tight muscles in my neck thereby reducing some of the headaches I was having. They helped me to not be afraid. Kody also has a robust return to work plan that set out a schedule for my employer, insurance provider and myself to follow for gradual return to work. Expect to have to push your boundaries and have moments of feeling uncomfortable. It's part of the process of recovery or management of post concussion symptoms. Without having Isaac Physical Therapy as part of my health care team I'm sure I would still be a mess and barely coping. Instead I got my life back. “Jasmine and Codi were instrumental in my healing after my MVA in 2019. Codi caught a problem with the crystals in my ear that were making me dizzy, and gave me the treatment to fix it after several others told me they didn't know how to help. She's the reason I no longer have dizzy spells. I still continue to see Jasmine for maintenance for my shoulder tension and pain, and she is by far the best physiotherapist I've ever been to. She knows what she's doing, is personable, and talented. I always leave feeling a little better, and know I can come to see her from anything from upkeep to a sprained ankle. “I can't recommend Jasmine enough! I've seen other physiotherapists in the past, but none have helped me as much as she has. I came in with persistent lower back and neck pain, along with frequent headaches, and Jasmine made such a difference. She took the time to really understand what was going on and gave me simple, effective exercises that actually worked. The myofascial stretching she did was also a game changer.
