“Called before arriving and was quoted $80 per hour minimum, but when I got there suddenly there was another price for $65 for 45 minutes. Honestly, I should have walked away at that point, but my neck was really stiff from sleeping wrong so I stayed. Before the massage started, I clearly mentioned my neck and lower back were the problem areas. Instead, most of the time was spent on my legs and barely any focus on the areas I actually asked for. I even mentioned deep tissue massage, but there was almost no pressure at all — felt like my cat walking on my back. My neck only got maybe 5 minutes of attention. What really annoyed me was at the end, before I even paid, she kept repeatedly asking about the tip: “How much tip? Tip? You give me tip? I need to know the tip.” I even told her give me my change back then I will decide the tip, she just kept repeating tip like it's the only word she knows , That made the whole experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. I normally tip well, but constantly asking for it like that was irritating. I still gave $10 and left, but I won’t be coming back. “I have been contemplating this review for the last month. I wasn't sure if I wanted to share my experience because the reviews for this place are typically quite positive and I was really looking forward to my massage. Unfortunately that wasn’t my experience. This was the most disappointing massage I ever received. The effort and massage felt very minimal. “I’ve been a loyal client at this salon for a long time, and Anne was by far the best masseuse I’ve ever had, not just at this salon, but at any salon I’ve ever visited. She has a unique, strong, and effective style that’s perfect for anyone who prefers an intense, deep massage. Since she left, I’ve tried three other masseuses, but none of them compare to her skill and technique. If anyone knows where Anne is currently working, please let me know. “This place use to be good but now they aren’t as professional anymore. Eileen use to be good however she got lazy and started slacking off. I’ve been getting massages for awhile now but my back and neck feels worse. She was commenting on that I was too skinny, bringing up my partners culture etc. I don’t know a lot of things were unnecessary. I am not going here anymore - they lost me as their customer. “Recently got a facial done there as a birthday gift for myself! I never had a facial before so I was very excited. Coming into the place, it smelled super nice and I love the environment of the place! When I entered a very nice lady helped me with the appointment as well as do the facial for me. The facial I picked was an acne facial since I do experience breakouts as well having a acne-prone skin. Not gonna lie, it was painful since there was extractions but other than that she was very gentle and very sweet! Thank you so much for the amazing experience!!
