“If you plan to go to a physio, do NOT go here! I went for 1 visit and never returned again. There is NO gym / any separate gym like area to do any form of exercise for strengthening. There are no treadmills / bicycles, any workout rehabilitation machines. NOTHING that youd find at a reputable physio clinic. The physio works out of a tiny room with a bed and THAT'S it! I have been to many different physiotherapists before and never was I treated in a room as tiny as that and without any workout equipment, nor without a workout area. Another thing is, the tens machine seems to be broken? The physio put it on me and left the room & never came back during that time. As I layed there, it got weaker and weaker and I couldn't feel anything. He didn't come back at all, until the machine turned off itself, I guess indicating my session was over? As soon as your appointment is over, the physio runs out of the room as if he's late for vacation. He doesn't give you an opportunity to ask any questions, or anything, it seems like he just wants you out of the door. At all of the other places I have been to in the past, the physio leaves the dial for the tens machine nearby for you to turn up if you decide youd like to change the strength later on. This guy does not! It was such a waste of an appointment and my money.”

“I was suffering with shoulder pain for weeks and was in so much pain and a friend said to call Ironwood Chiropractic. I was fortunate to make an appointment with David Yap and by the end of the day after my first appointment I felt much less pain and I knew I was going to be better soon. David has a second vision for each and every tender spot (magic fingers of pure relief) he’s professional, friendly, easy to talk to explains everything he does. I’m absolutely impressed with him and so very happy I found him.”

“1st time seeing Dr. Joseph Ling for low back pain. The front office team and Dr. Ling were top shelf, A class all the way around from the time I walked in to the time I left. “The people who work here are very nice but the doctors don’t appreciate the clients time. My appointment was bumbled twice- once because Dr Joe has his own calendar and it was not blocked because of his vacation and once because he was sick. They have a 24 hour cancellation requirement, but it only protects the doctors time! What about the patients?”
