“If you're reading this it's because you are looking for a personal trainer. Frankly, I always thought you had to be in pretty decent shape in order to even entertain the idea. I found out I was wrong. I have a friend who was going to Iron Aesthetics and she raved about how much this personal trainer had helped her. I was in definite need of an overhaul so decided to at least do a "meet and greet." (I didn't even know there was such a thing.) He asked me about my goals and what it was I wanted to accomplish. He was very sincere and professional and I booked some sessions. Fast forward 3 years at Iron Aesthetics and I don't see a reason to stop. I'm hooked on having a trainer that: -is genuine about helping me work through areas of discomfort and improve strength, balance and stability, -creates a program designed just for me...no cookie-cutter stuff here, -tracks my progress and works with me to improve weak areas, -is knowledgeable, dedicated and organized, -provides a safe, comfortable and fun environment, -cleans equipment between each person's use, -has flexible scheduling, and, -has a very good understanding of nutrition so he's also able to help with weight loss, meal planning, etc. If any of the above is something you are looking for in a personal trainer, you've found him. “I have known Tristan just about my whole life, his passion for helping people look and feel their best both inside and outside of the gym is extremely evident! He has given me so much fitness/wellness instructions, nutritional advice and a boost of motivation when I wasn't feeling my best self. The way he runs his business you can tell he puts in tons of time, thought and caring into his clients training and meal plans to help them achieve their goals. Tristan's approach is very easy going unlike most training program's or confusing dietary instructions. He has a very extensive knowledge/love of cooking and pairs that with his knowledge of fitness to be a powerful combination. You shouldn't have to cut everything fun out of your life to look and feel your best and I think that is something that he constantly reminds his clients. Very active on social media posting inspirational videos, meal ideas/macros or just words of encouragement. Runs a clean, well kept gym with a very inviting and encouraging atmosphere. “I have been training with Tristan for close to two years now. Although I started my fitness journey a year prior, I was still having a lot of hip and shoulder discomfort when I first met with him. We have worked hard on mobility and strengthening such that my shoulder pain is gone and my hip discomfort is minimal. Tristan’s knowledge of the human body is second to none and the workouts are geared to my specific issues. Since working out with Tristan, my chiro and massage treatments have been mostly eliminated, and the hip replacement I was facing has been delayed indefinitely. Tristan cares so much about his clients and is passionate about his work. He provides incredible support, is so positive, encourages me to safely venture outside of my comfort zone, and he makes working out fun.
