“Best service ever! Dr.Murphy was incredibly kind, professional and patient with my 4 year old at her eye appointment and at my own appointment. Loved our experience there and would highly recommend Dr.Murphy and this ophthalmology clinic.”

“The prescription wasn’t right and the glasses are to heavy , but unfortunately i had to retake an eye examination and I have no choice but keep glasses that dig into my nose and keep sliding due to how heavy they are for me, I have never been to an eye glasses place that don’t change the glasses due to discomfort and if I do change eyeglasses I must repay another 50% of the prescription total, this is totally absurd, I’ve been wearing glasses since I was 7 and now at age 63 I come to a place that doesn’t do exchanges, they have to redo my prescription due to a mistake on the part of the optometrist but can’t change my glasses, this is my first and last time unfortunately at this professional IRIS eyeglass place”Read moreShow less

“My granddaughter got her glasses with Iris, and she looks great and sees much better. I had asked for a copy of her prescription and they refused to give it to me. Which I was very upset I paid for her glasses. We are going on vacation and wanted a copy in case she loses her glasses. I truly think this is absolutely ridiculous. I have worked for an optometrist before and he always gave the client the script . Even when I go get my eyes examined I always get a script just in case. “I just had the best service, and my husband said the same thing. We were greeted by Abby at reception. She was so kind and kept my kids so intrigued that it turned out to be the easiest appointment. They are 4 & 6, it’s very hard to keep their attention. We then had our appt with Dr Maxime. He was equally very kind and gave a great service. I definitely recommend going there. Very clean place. “I have so much to say about this establishment that I do not even know where to start. I had a major accident in my eye a week ago and had deeply scratched my retina. I was in immense pain and went to see my pharmacist to find out what I could do. She told me that unfortunately, there was nothing that she could do, so she gave me a few numbers to call, and either the places were booked or closed. I was desperate to find someone to help me and felt helpless. There is a Lord, that's all I could say. I phoned Iris Centropolis, and the lady that answered my call, who I would call an angel, was totally sympathetic to what had happened to me and promised me that she would speak to the doctor as soon as she was finished with her appointment to see if she could squeeze me in, and she did just that. When I got there, I felt so cared for by all the staff; including the doctor who saw me. She immediately did what she had to do to sooth the pain and ensure that she got me the proper treatment. Not only that, but she also gave me an appointment for this week, just to make sure that I was healing properly, even though her calendar was completely full! I have never ever walked into such a warm environment as this one and am now a client; for I wouldn't have it any other way. I think it's been a few years that I've given any place a review, but Iris Centropolis is worth gold, and I just felt very strongly about talking about my amazing experience!
