“The staff here are great! Over the past two years I’ve been dealing with a retinal issue. They not only diagnosed the condition, but also referred me to a top-flight ophthalmologist for treatment. Their continuing care is helping me fine-tune the proper prescriptions for my glasses, including remaking lenses under warranty in order to help solve, in particular, near depth of field focus issues which for a while were affecting my ability to pursue my passions for woodworking and photography. “Still the best in Vancouver for prescription lenses. I wrote a review 11 years ago when this business was called Optix. Duane is still here & still provides the excellent service he always has. I have multiple health issues and can have difficulty adapting to a new prescription. Duane always keeps my particular issues in mind when helping me adjust to a new prescription. (I find other eyewear vendors are pushy with sales & don't have the knowledge, experience, nor care that Duane does). I feel very lucky to have found him.”Read moreShow less

“I was recommended IRIS by my husband, and it did not disappoint. Had a wonderful time with the Optometrist and all the staff. “Very considerate service. Had some lenses replaced on my glasses to match my new prescription, mentioned that I was going to an important event at the weekend. Despite the quoted 10 days turn around, the glasses were back in my hands within a few days, just in time for the event.
