“I went and needed my eyes checked and found everyone to be so wonderful. When I needed to pick out glasses a woman named Morgan helped me to pick tgem out and she was so kind, patient and helpful. I highly recommend Iris for all you eye care needs.”

“Excellent front service, excellent doctor on current vist but on original exam for corrective lenses was rushed, not well explained and flipped through the variations so quickly that my prescription was off by a full point. To be fair.. I missed my follow up appointment to discuss the lenses but with a super busy schedule was difficult on my end. Since getting my first prescription everyone with normal sight could still read at a distance considerably better than me. When leaving they told me it may take some time to get used to new glasses but never got better. Had another exam because of a short term blurry vision and redid my prescription with a patient doctor with everything explained well and got my prescription to 20/15, crystal clear at distance. I asked if they'd take some accountability in replacing the lenses, I was happy to at least split the costs but got zero compensation for a poor initial prescription.”Read moreShow less

“I highly recommend this Iris Location in Quesnel, BC Lately I have experienced two situations that exemplify their excellent service . First a friend had recent eye surgery and needed advice and reassurance. They made sure she was seen immediately and performed all available tests and examinations. She left feeling confident that all was well. They followed up again the next day. Then I had my usual eye exam and ordered new glasses. When I received my new glasses I felt the prescription was slightly incorrect. The optometrist rechecked and it was accurate. I then ordered an additional pair for sports activities but used older frames for this pair. Unfortunately those frames broke when the new lenses were fitted. Todd went above and beyond to fix the situation. I am very pleased with the service and considerations. Thank you to all the staff at this location- especially Todd. “Dr Ross is perhaps the most professional and down to earth Optometrist I have had the pleasure of seeing (pun intended). Giving down to earth advice and using very modern equipment.
