“I would never recommend going here. I had one of the worst experiences. Everything that could go wrong did. Not only were glasses very expensive but I was given the wrong prescription and the glasses they made for me made me feel nauseous and like I was in a fish bowl. I was told I had to get used to them but it was beyond that. I tried the glasses for a couple of weeks as they said they would not remake them until I kept them for 2-3 weeks. I went back and saw Dr. Karen who charged me for a recheck of my eyes despite it being the company who made them wrong. She told me I was a perfectionist and that I was the problem, not the glasses. Highly unprofessional!!! The glasses were remade, and the new pairs were still awful and made me ill and like I was looking out of a fish bowl. I’ve worn glasses my entire life. This has never happened to any glasses I’ve ever owned until I came to Iris. They took so long to remake the glasses that I missed the cut off for any further assistance and Iris sent me on my way saying they hoped the glasses would eventually work. I spent a lot of money and benefits on something that was useless. I went to see a new optometrist at Tutt Street (highly recommend them!) who prescribed me a much lower prescription and made me feel justified and didn’t insult me. Iris and Dr. Karen should have some education in how to treat patients and how to fix wrong doings. I will never be back here and am very quick to let others know that they should never go here either.”

“I went in for an eye test with Dr Karen, she and the whole team there were friendly and welcoming. I was able to be seen to as son as I walked in and the process felt very smooth. It was a very personable experience, both myself and Dr Karen had previous been in the UK for coming to Kelowna so that made for interesting chat alongside the thorough examination and I would definitely recommend to others.”

“I have had several very positive experiences at this office. I saw Dr Paul Clark for my own eye exam as well as for my 5-year-old. He was great during both! He answered all my extra questions, was very reasonable in his answers, and was great with my daughter. Her first eye visit was a major hit. I also bought my glasses there; they have a great selection and were very professional in the process. Absolutely no complaints about this place.”

“My family and I have been going to see Dr. Clark for quite a few years now, and he has always looked after us with the utmost professionalism and care. I have a very difficult prescription situation to deal with, and him and his staff have been very good at getting it right. They are always super friendly, personable, positive and real when engaging in conversation. Ken, Jen, and Sara(h?) have been there since before I started seeing them (12+ years I think!), so I think it speaks volumes to the positive work environment they uphold. It is always a treat to go to them for help and advice, I recommend them to everyone I know. Would highly recommend to everyone else too!!”
