“Had to get an eye exam. I ended up choosing Iris for my exam. And I did not regret my decision. The staff here are fantastic, they were extremely nice and made sure I was comfortable during the exam.”

“I went in to ask a question about my brother's glasses. My family has always used Iris in West Vancouver for prescriptions and eyewear. My brother’s glasses were not from Iris, but his prescription was, so we hoped to get some insight into whether his issue was prescription-related or with the glasses themselves, with the possibility of getting new lenses from Iris if the problem was with the lenses. Unfortunately, we were met with an aggressive and dismissive receptionist who repeatedly told us she couldn’t help because the glasses weren’t from Iris, without giving me a chance to explain. After I repeated myself several times, she finally looked up his prescription, only to say they weren’t linked between locations. I understand that the glasses weren’t purchased at Iris, but if the Iris brand aims to position itself as eyewear experts, it seems reasonable that a customer could ask a basic question without being shooed out the door.”Read moreShow less

“I went in hoping to purchase a screw to fix a pair of sunglasses. Rose greeted me with a smile at the reception desk and offered to fix the issue for me, taking time to find and properly insert the missing piece as well as the fallen out lens. She also noticed that a nose pad was missing and replaced it. The service was prompt and at no cost. I left impressed by professional and positive customer service and overjoyed to have my favourite pair of glasses back. Looking forward to returning to pick out a new pair of glasses.
