“I got my nails done here today by Sophie, and I could not be more in love with them🥹💞 ever since the first time that Sophie did my nails 3ish years ago, I almost never let anybody else do my nails after that. She is so INCREDIBLY talented and kind😊 like if you thought the set on ur inspo pic looked good, wait till Sophie does them on you!!😍✨️ Somehow she makes them look even better than the inspo pic without exception I swear!!🤩 She always impresses me every single time! I cannot recommend her more!! “I love coming here so much! I go see Ruby for my nails and she does a perfect job every time, she’s the only person that does my nails for me. “If you're still doubting all the previous reviews and want to be treated like you're getting your nails done on credit, then this is the place for you. Iris is maybe talented but EXTREMELY rude. She acts visibly annoyed when you ask a question. When I asked to see the nail polish options, she threw them on the table and told me to hurry up and choose. At first, I thought maybe it was a language barrier, but eye-rolling doesn’t need translation, sorry. Not to mention that I arrived exactly on time for my appointment, only to wait 15 minutes before someone other than Iris (the person I had booked with), finally started with me. no explanation, no apology. At the end of the service, I tried to kindly tell her that while her work was good, her attitude could stop her from keeping loyal clients. Her response? She said she could cut/remove my nails if I wanted and leave. Yes, you read me perfectly. Then her colleagues backed her up first in Vietnamese, then in English. I was planning to get a pedicure too, but I just dropped the money and left. The entire staff is toxic. Not one of them showed any professionalism or basic respect. This cost me 150$. Save your time, your energy, and your money. This place doesn’t deserve any of them. First and last time. UPDATE: You state in your response that you 'maintain clear professional boundaries and expect mutual respect,' implying that there was some sort of escalation. This is completely false. There was absolutely nothing that justified Iris’s rudeness, as I was perfectly calm throughout. Instead of coming back five months later to write long-winded justifications, clearly hoping they would go unnoticed, please focus on training your staff on customer service instead. “I gave this place a try just before going on vacation to Disney World. I asked for small heart design, she did an excellent job and the nails looked beautiful, got lots of compliments. The only thing is the price, its a bit expensive for a full set, but she did an excellent job in hand painting each and every little red heart, she is a talented person! I paid $124 taxes included but definitely loved the result. I think you pay a bit more for the artistic design on each nail.”Read moreShow less
