“I had a wonderful experience at Iris in Port Alberni. From the moment I walked in, the service was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Dr. Jaswal is great and my exam was thorough and comfortable. Beth, the optician is fantastic. She is patient, knowledgeable, funny and very helpful. She took the time to help me choose frames that suited my face and style, explained my prescription clearly, and made sure everything fit perfectly. Even after I had to exchange a pair of frames, Beth was so accommodating. The quality of the prescription glasses is excellent, and I’m extremely pleased. I have had many prescription lenses and I can say with confidence that Iris lenses are superior to others.
