“I’ve been going to Irina for a few years. She has a very holistic approach to massage, she pays attention to the connection between mind and body, and it feels like she’s always working with the whole system, not just isolated areas of tension. At the start of each session, she kind of “checks in” with the body and notices what needs attention most that day, so every massage feels tailored rather than routine. “I must admit I was sceptical at first because I found Irina through google searching RMT’s close by and I was torn with the google reviews but when I tell you I was pleasantly surprised! She is the sweetest person ever. Not only was she very thorough but also quite knowledgeable, she was able to tell me so much about my body and also suggested daily activities to assist in pain management and recovery.
