“I’m am extremely disappointed as I’ve had a very bitter experience today. I had booked an appointment at 4pm and when I reached and met the Rmt, was informed that I had to sign consent forms and also some purpose of the visit forms. This is not my first time here and I had done all this the first time I visited them. The receptionist also confirmed the same to the Rmt but he insisted on filling the forms. I told him that it’s gonna take time out of my massage for which he said he will extend the massage. I was on a tight schedule and couldn’t extend it as I had to be somewhere else. It is very easy to assume that people are free and their time has no value. This is exactly what so felt today. I told him that these things should be informed in advance so we can come early but he insisted that it’s imp and he cannot massage otherwise. I told him that I understand that and told him again that he should have informed me in advance. For that he said, it’s not his job to do that and called me Rude and aggressive. I did not like that at all and asked him why is he calling me rude? He don’t have an answer and continued to repeat himself. I told him that I’m not happy with this kind of treatment and would not like to continue with the session for that I got a very careless response for him. Just shows that customer service is not given any importance in this place. Rmt name - Hardik Baroat I narrated the entire story at the reception and they understood and acknowledged what I was trying to say. Irehab has to up their game and realize the importance of of customer service.”

“Best place to get physio. Physiotherapist, Aayushi is the best for pelvic floor treatment. She has been really kind and was able to assess my condition for plantar fasciitis and pelvic floor both. I feel much better and I am completely recovered now. I would highly recommend her and the clinic both 😇”

“I took Shoulder treatment from Ayushi , it was good, i work mostly on computers and due to that i got tense shoulder, with her treatment my shoulder are now much better and the treatment start affecting from very first time. Really happy with treatment and look forward to more treatment. Management was really good and they take care of you from very first time .”

“The first day I arrived for my appointment they were double booked and did not inform me until I approached the receptionist 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. They claim my appointment did not show up in their system. Not sure then where the person that booked my appointment entered the confirmation. Mistakes happens so I decided to move past this and continue my treatment here despite my gut feeling that this is not a professional clinic. And I was right. Today I went for my follow up appointment and there a printed paper sign on the door that says "closed due to inclement weather". No phone call, no email to let me know they would be closed. Everyone knew for days that there would be a storm yesterday, today the roads are clear and businesses around them are all open as usual. Someone at this establishment went out of their way to tape the sign to the door but did not bother inform clients otherwise. I had to show up to the door to find out. Horrible customer service and professionalism is not a concept here.”
