“Julie B (Physio) has been instrumental in helping my recover from my injury and get me back to doing what I love. In addition to assessment, she has provided me with a set of exercises (& detailed instructions!), dry needling, ultrasound, electro therapy, lightweight massage for the muscles, and referrals for RMT.
