“My name is Lori Sproule and I was diagnosed with frozen shoulder. I was suggested by my doctor to go to a physiotherapist which I did for two months. My treatment consisted of a 2 minute ultrasound over the shoulder cap - acupuncture for 15 minutes - hot blanket over my shoulder and arm - then laying me on my back and proceeded to bend my arm as far back as I could stand the pain . I would leave that office bruised and in more pain than I went in with. I was frustrated and felt the treatment I was getting was not helping. I was then referred to Liz - my bosses wife had frozen shoulder and she had great success in going. So I decided to go to both so I could see which method would work the best. Liz’s method was way more detailed - the ultrasound was just not given to my shoulder cap - but my arm, and back as well. She had me bend and lift my arm in different ways so she could identify what areas that needed the work. She could see how fused my shoulder cap was and by giving me a strong massage - grouped with ultrasound and laser it has finally worked itself out. I’m not totally 100 percent yet but we both feel with constant exercise it will eventually release and go back to normal. I am so thrilled with what she has done for me. In fact after two sessions with Liz I felt completely confident what method was working the best for me and I never went back to Physiotherapy . Liz was terrific - she was sympathetic - encouraging and she knows her stuff. I would recommend this style of treatment over Physiotherapy any day!! Thank you again Liz and Emma for your great care. It is such a good feeling to know you are there when and if I need you again.”

“When I was pregnant recently a friend recommended osteopathy to me to help with hip and back pain. I didn’t know much about osteopathy but I’ve known Liz my whole life so I knew just who to contact. Liz kept my hips and back in working order throughout my pregnancy and pelvis aligned for labour. Liz is a genuine kind hearted person and she knows what she’s doing! I went for my first visit postnatal today and had the added bonus of her Mom rocking my baby girl to sleep while Liz treated me! I would highly recommend visiting Liz! She has helped me tremendously with my scoliosis and general mobility!”
