“I went into my first spinal energetics session with Annette feeling pretty tense and not totally sure what to expect, and ended up releasing way more emotion than I thought I would. I felt really safe and seen the whole time, which made it easier to let go. Annette holds space in such a grounded, supportive way, gently affirming what was coming up and reminding me to breathe (which I definitely needed). “I have just received my second massage from Annette and it was such a good experience, even better than the first time. Annette was totally focussed on making me relax. To achieve that, some big chunks of time were spent with her just holding her hands against my body. It really worked. When the session was over, I felt quite different, as though I had been in a different dimension, and it took several minutes before I felt alert enough to drive my car.
