“I initially came in for neck and shoulder pain, never expecting the impact this clinic would have on my life. The team at IHG has completely transformed not only my physical health, but my overall quality of life. I truly feel like a better, new version of myself within just a month! I actually came across this clinic through work, and it felt like a blessing in disguise. Within moments of explaining my pain and symptoms, Dr. Puri reassured me that he could help and clearly explained what was going on with my body. His calm, warm presence immediately put me at ease, and I booked my consultation right away. I was thoroughly assessed by both Dr. Bajaj and Dr. Puri. They answered all of my questions in detail and even took the time to meet my parents to explain my diagnosis and treatment plan to them, which meant so much to me. After years of living with chronic pain and not receiving proper treatment, I had started to believe pain was just my new normal, and over time it took a toll on my mental health. The team at IHG completely changed that. They always made me feel heard, supported, and confident that my health was in good hands. I’m no longer waking up in pain every day or just pushing through discomfort at work. Sayali has provided exceptional physiotherapy and laser treatments. She is such a bright and caring presence in the clinic and always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. She continuously adjusts treatments based on how I’m feeling that day, which truly makes a difference. Sunil is an incredible physiotherapist whose assessments are extremely detailed and thoughtful. He leaves no stone unturned and genuinely cares about getting to the root of the issue. His exercises and treatments have made a noticeable difference in just one month. For chiropractic care, Dr. Puri and Dr. Kassab work seamlessly as a team. I was honestly nervous at first, thinking spine and neck adjustments would be scary, but they always make sure I feel completely at ease before beginning anything. “I came to Intelligent Health Group while recovering from tendon and nerve repair surgery. My finger was crooked, and I could barely move it. In a short time, with chiropractic care and laser treatments, my finger is now almost straight. I honestly didn’t think was possible. I can move it with ease, and that alone feels huge. “I can’t recommend Intelligent Health Group enough. I first found them years ago when I had a severe hip lock and could barely walk. I had already tried another chiropractor a few times with no real improvement, so someone referred me to Dr. Vikas Puri, and the difference was immediate. I felt better after the first visit, significantly improved after the second, and by the third visit I was completely fine. What stood out was how quickly he understood what was happening and how thorough he was in figuring out the root cause. I later went to Dr. Gina Bajaj for TMJ issues. I have bruxism and multiple crowns, so I didn’t want to jump straight into a mouth guard unless I absolutely had to. Dr. Gina treated it in about 4 to 5 sessions, and it has never come back. She is incredibly intuitive and skilled and knows exactly what to do. Intelligent Health Group has been my go-to clinic ever since. Both doctors are knowledgeable, effective, and genuinely care.
