“I've been in and out of physio for 3+ years for left-side body issues. One session with Tara is all I needed. I instantly felt better after the treatment, the next day has been incredible. My left side does not feel painful or tight. So much more open and flexible now... Incredible. Highly recommend Tara!! 1 week check-in: Noticing improvements in my posture and form. My running pace improved from 7:00/km to 6:30/km. Left-side pain is there but it's mild and keeps improving day-by-day.”Read moreShow less

“Tara has helped my body find ease in ways other practitioners have failed. Whether it's our ongoing work on old injuries and scars or the more current acute (& painful) problems, I know there will be benefit to every single session.”

“I waited a year before writing this review because I wanted to be sure the results lasted. I had been suffering from wrist pain for over two years. I’m very active and participate in many activities which put a lot of strain on my wrists. My wrist has continued to feel strong and pain-free. Before seeing Tara, I tried three physiotherapists (including one at a hand clinic), three massage therapists, and two osteopaths. While I saw some short-term improvement with osteopathy and one physio, it wasn’t until I saw Tara for NeuroKinetic Therapy that I experienced real, long-term improvement — after just three sessions. Tara gave me specific exercises and stretches to do, which I followed regularly for a couple of months. Now I only do them occasionally as needed. The difference has been significant and lasting. If you’ve tried multiple treatments without long-term success, I highly recommend Tara.”Read moreShow less

“Leg swelling & residual pain from an old c-section scar were symptoms that originally brought me to see Tara. With diligence, she immediately worked to get to the root of the issues & supported my healing with targeted treatment, proper breathing techniques, & simple take-home exercises. She provided clear education about my body—its current limitations & also its potential to heal. Tara always made me feel safe & supported. Her expertise has made a real difference in my mobility, pain levels, & overall well-being. I'm forever grateful for my experience with Tara, which gifted me a new appreciation for the beautiful complexities of the human body. I highly recommend booking a visit!”Read moreShow less

“I drive 1.5 hrs each way for Tara. She resolved chronic SI joint issues with interventions, and unique just in time exercises for now occasional flares. Lower back imbalances/chronic pain is now resolving with a comprehensive assessment and targeted hands on treatment plan for spinal/thoracic factors. She is an intuitive clinician using her expertise and extensive knowledge of anatomy and functional physiology.”Read moreShow less

“All the reviews that Tara has on the Google profile are so very justified given her skill and deep understanding of human body. I visited her with issues of chronic body pain, most especially upper body (for several years). I had a resolution within 4 sessions (she mentioned she’d need 6 sessions, but we resolved sooner!) in comparison to uncountable visits to physiotherapists and chiropractors. Additionally she also helped resolve chronic issues I had with nasal and belly breathing within a session. The quality of my life has changed significantly after the treatment, and i feel so pleased after failing at all other known medical ways. It is shockingly surprising (and I say this with gratitude) to learn — if the treatment is razor sharp, one will recover and heal beautifully! I am so thankful for her work and knowledge”Read moreShow less

“I came to Tara with 10 years of chronic hip pain. I had gone to see many specialists and doctors, went through many years working with physio and different tests to try and fix my pain. Within three sessions Tara had completely alleviated all my pain. I am so thankful. It’s changed my daily life and relationship at home because I no longer have to take pain pills and am less irritable. I continue to see Tara for other improvements I’m trying to make in my well being and every session I learn something new about my body and experience alleviation. I highly recommend Tara and believe her skills are unique. I wish I had come to her sooner.”Read moreShow less

“I have started to go to Tara since spring of 2023 and have seen improvement in my cognitive and motor function. to expand on why I started going to Tara here is a small back story to my injuries and how Intergrative Motion Therapy has been a huge assest in my healing. Over the course of 8 years I have had 4 injuries with varying specturm of damage. as a teenager i was involved in a car accident, then hiking and later on a major atv mountain accident and recenetly a fluke bicycle accident where I slipped on the train track resulting in breaking my ankle going through my first surgury leaving scars, learning to be mobile and with plates in my ankle. all these injuries have left lasting lasting reprecussion from concussions, to cracked ribs, internal bleeding creating an increase of mental and phsyical pains. as a young person in their 20’s I pushed through past all injuries easing the suffering through chiropractiional care and RMT as temporary relief but over the years the impending pain, lack of focus, confusion, and physical limitations havn’t improved. My quality of life continued to detoriting affecting work and personal life. I took the first step toward healing by seeking a specalist who has extensive knowledge and intuitive experience with the human anatomy . Tara specializes in scars, concussions and early on in our assessment has asked about how I was born which was strange but she duly noted that as a breech baby it comes with a whole set of development problems. Tara began the sessions addressing my concussions and motor function. With each session it would create emotional releases that were stored in areas that she addressed and incremental improvement in eye coordination, breathing, walking and pain in my brain, hip and midriff. She had me do continual eye excersies and it has strengethed my coordiantion and visual fatigue leadinging to less parapherial fuzziness on my left eye and more alignment in my movement. I felt confient to hit the gym without continious nausea and pain from light exercise. With my recent ankle injury it has now become a primary focus in addressing mobility, scarification and tendons and nerves as she works on addressing the parts of the injury that impede the healing process.”Read moreShow less
