“Saw a podiatrist on Monday/March 16th afternoon. Not going to disclose the name of the podiatrist. But the service I received fell very much short of what I was expecting from them. Except advising on changing foot wear and custom orthotics (upon my request) I didn't get any other advice as to any exercises that I could perform in order to speed up the recovery of my metatarsalgia. I mean jee they are foot specialists right ? So I was expecting them to give me pamphlets on various exercises that I could perfom, treatment with cold pack, anti-inflammatory cream but I didn't receive any of these. Luckily my insurance covered the whole cost of the initial assessment, otherwise I would be very much displeased at the quality of service seeing how much they charge for it.”Read moreShow less

“I was excited to visit this place after reading all the reviews. I was booked with Nicole to treat my plantar fasciitis’s. I honestly thought I was there to get some relief but surprisingly she gave me exercises and a cream to put on it! Honestly when your in some much pain like I was I had already done all the things she had suggested I was there for her to provide me with relief not to walk away with a note and foot exercise. I was in tears and disbelief I had wasted my time and money! I visit this place to get relief or some kind of treatment but walked away with nothing she will tell me to book again for in a months time….. a month I asked my self and deal with pain no way glad to say I found relief and I booked an appointment with a chiropractor and what a difference it’s made so far!”Read moreShow less

“Fantastic patient focused experience. Dr. Will Jacob is very knowledgeable. I had a complex foot injury that requires multiple surgeries. Dr. Jacob made an effective long term plan, meeting my comfort needs as my condition will change and helped me understand what I need to do throughout the process for long term success. A truly phenomenal Chiropodist! The front desk staff is also very friendly and helpful with booking. Always greet you with a positive attitude and made the process simple and easy!
