“My wife introduced me to Inspirit about five years ago and I’ve been going ever since for sports injuries, desk-job tension, and scoliosis-related RMT rehab, and the results have been consistently excellent. “This happened a few years ago, but it still bothers me. The massage therapist, Carly, made me wait for over 10 minutes while she chatted with the staff, even though she could see I was waiting. She didn’t extend the treatment to make up for the lost time, which I found very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend her at all. PS: After reading your comment, it made me even more upset. You actually whispered me right before the session 'sorry'. You clearly knew you made the session late. It showed that you made the session delayed on purpose. Even though I took an Uber, I arrived quite late to my appointment. To my surprise, 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐚 (𝐀𝐜𝐮𝐩𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭) welcomed me with patience and genuine kindness. She remained completely professional and composed, showing no hint of irritation or judgment. I even offered to be charged without taking the treatment, but she kindly insisted on giving me the time I needed for a proper session. She listened attentively and focused precisely on the areas that needed attention. Her approach reflected both deep knowledge of her practice and sincere care for her patients. She also took the time to clearly explain the other therapies she offers and how they complement one another. I later learned she also runs a business that provides in-home acupuncture sessions for patients who require or prefer mobile care, which speaks to her dedication and flexibility. By the end of the session, I noticed significant improvement—more relief than I had experienced from my last two physio and chiropractic visits combined.
