“Our son was born frank breech, and with torticollis, and Dr. Lisa quickly became an integral part of our care team for him. She was calm, gentle, and very communicative every step of the way. “A great place, with terrific people, and a wide range of services to help you reach your personal health goals and get your body working the way it should. Although Inspire is on the pricier side, both my wife and I have had wonderful experiences there, and we genuinely feel better after being in the hands of such caring professionals. Dr. Rob and Dr. Lisa have built a great business, and they are two of the most genuine, kind, and compassionate people you will run across. Not only do you get access to top-tier health and wellness services, but you also get great conversations and a very comfortable environment. That matters, especially if you have any treatment anxiety, which I personally do from time to time. They offer a full range of services, and I can speak very highly of their HBOT, chiropractic adjustments, and shockwave therapy. What really stands out to me is how thorough they are. They go above and beyond with diagnostics and take the time to understand what is actually going on before jumping into treatment. I really appreciated that they did not just tell me what they were going to do. They explained why I was feeling the pain or discomfort, how the treatment would help, and what could happen if the issue was left untreated. A lot of places take a quick look at how you walk, poke around for a minute, and then get right to work. At Inspire, they use proper diagnostic tools and come into the treatment with real information, which gave me a lot more confidence in the process. My only personal complaint, and I fully admit this is just my own weird preference, is that they use the drop table for some adjustments. The table lifts slightly and then “drops” during the adjustment. Dr. Rob explained how it works, and I now have a much better understanding of why they use it. That said, I am still one of those people who enjoys hearing and feeling the classic chiropractic “crack.” I know, probably not the most scientific way to measure success, but there is something oddly satisfying about it. To be fair, you still get the crack with neck adjustments and some of the back work, so you are not being robbed of the full chiropractic soundtrack. I also felt great after the adjustments, so this is not really a complaint as much as it is me admitting I apparently like my spine to come with sound effects. If you are looking to make a healthy lifestyle change, build a proper treatment plan, or work toward long-term improvement in your overall health and well-being, Inspire is absolutely worth considering. Invest in yourself and make the commitment to feel better. Inspire will be a partner and a friend in helping support those goals. This is an amazing local business started by a couple who genuinely want to help people. They have also hired wonderful staff who clearly care about delivering the same level of attention, kindness, and professionalism that Dr. Rob and Dr. Lisa intended for the customer experience. You will not go wrong giving this place a try. They have my vote for the best in Kamloops. I only wish I did not have to travel for extended periods of time for work, or I would be there more often than I am now. Thank you Inspire! “I can’t recommend Inspire Chiropractic Clinic enough! I originally started going during my pregnancy to help manage symptoms, and from my very first visit I felt completely comfortable and cared for. What really stands out is the attention to detail. The entire team takes the time to thoroughly explain everything they’re doing and why, which makes you feel informed, supported, and confident in your care. They never make you feel rushed and are always happy to answer questions. They even help make a plan with you, for future visits that work with your benefits coverage and your schedule/ availability! “We were referred to Dr Rob by a friend. My wife had great results after her first treatment. I then decided to give him a try. I was impressed by the on-boarding process. Dr Robb went over the results of the initial assessment and we discussed a treatment plan. Dr Rob uses firm but gentle movements. After my first treatment I was pleasantly surprised I gained better range of motion in my neck. Shoulder checking had become difficult.
