“I’m a fan of heavy pressure and that’s what you get with JZ. I don’t always feel great right after, but I feel tons better after a day or two and usually holds up for a couple weeks , sometimes months. Highly recommend if you’ve got a threshold”

“While the actual treatment is great here, and the practitioners are great at what they do, nobody ever answers the phone and there's nobody at the desk ever. When trying to book an appointment online, sometimes the system will prompt that its too soon and that I need to call, but I've never had anyone actually answer a call I tried to make to the phone number. Its quite frustrating, as I live right by the location and may see an opening that works well, but can never book an appointment because there's nobody there at the desk or at the phone.”

“I have now gone for three massage therapy treatments with Jennifer at Inside Out Therapy’s. She has worked miracles on my body!!! My chiropractor, who recommended that I needed to go for these massages due to the condition of my body that he has been working on. He said it has helped improve My condition quite drastically. Making his job A lot easier to do adjustments on me. It has also helped me be able to put more time In between having to go for adjustments.”
