“I wanted to get an ozone sauna and found it on the clinic’s website. When I went to the booking page, there was just a sauna, and I thought it was an ozone sauna. However, when I arrived at the clinic at my appointment time, I learned that it was not ozone. Despite the mistake, I used the sauna. In the bathroom, there was no shampoo. After the shower, I asked for a hair dryer, but they did not have one. In the middle of winter, I had to go with wet hair. Unfortunately, I am getting sick. It was a terrible experience for me. “I don’t even know where to begin. I write this review woken up at 2 am in pain and discomfort like I have been for over a year. I sought out this clinic from the high google reviews desperate for healing. I called the clinic in tears asking could anyone see me immediately as I’ve been ill for months and no Drs. Can figure what’s wrong with me. With two young kids I was desperate to get help so I can be a mom again. They got me in immediately with Dr. V. Within an hr I told her as much as I could about my symptoms and was recommended to take 3 functional test with that initial appointment and all the test first day I spent I believe $1200. It took way longer than expected to get all the results from all 3 test with even some logistic issues with the specimens being lost. Not a big issue, but still frustrating when you want immediate help. Quickly, I came to realize I’ve been spoiled by my family Dr. Because I was able to speak to her anytime of the week. But , Dr. V only worked 1 day a week. I would call or email in a panic when I would have symptoms and there would be a delay in response due to her availability. When you’re dealing with the things I’ve been dealing with you need someone there to walk you through what you’re experiencing. Through the gut test I was told I have h pylori. The symptoms I had for h pylori coincidently started happening right when I took the test . I was given a tincture and agreed this would be the better option because of how I was reacting to drugs. The symptoms relating to that seemed to subside. However, i began to experience panic attacks after taking some of the recommended natural medication for candida. I quickly stopped taking it. The probiotics also increased palpitations. In hindsight it was too much at once . It’s overwhelming to be put on a schedule for natural medicine I believe I was recommended to take 4-5 new homeopathic drugs at once . none of the natural medication was helping beside the hpylori tincture. I advised I needed to pause treatment within 2 months time as I felt extremely overwhelmed by my health and how quickly things begin to add up within 1-3 months I spent close to $3k and I couldn’t afford to spend a dollar more without knowing for sure I would be better. Overall, im sure this clinic does help many people. they are a business end of day and if you don’t have money or run out of it I fear you’ll be left in the dark like me . I recently emailed them back advising the same h pylori symptoms are back couple months later . And was advised I would need to pay over $300 for another gut test. Or go through my family dr to get a h pylori test. ( it cost $120 through Ohip to get a stool test btw). I was also offered a complementary 15 min phone consult with the Dr. I hope all searching for healing get just that. I wish everyone the best ! I would appreciate if the clinic did not reply to my review unless they have a solution that doesn’t require me spending more money ❤️”Read moreShow less

“Always a great experience. Dr Chelsea is my Chiropractor and she has helped me for years now. I recently got into a car accident and she has been a life saver. The girls at the front desk are kind and friendly as well. Always a great experience.”

“My colon hydrotherapy session with Lindsay was amazing! I’m a colon Hydrotherapist myself and really valued the way Lindsay approached education, informing me on how the treatment was gonna go, and collaborating with how to approach the treatment so my body felt most comfortable and had the best results. “Been receiving treatment at this clinic and it’s been a great experience for me. From front desk to Mariam to Lindsey and Julie, I actually feel that each team member has helped my healing. Julie was so calm and soothing and Lindsey is knowledgeable and insightful and both the ladies at the front desk are a delight. Mariam is a great doctor and 3 weeks in, I feel comfortable leaving my gut in their hands. Also, i appreciate their supplement prices which are affordably priced.
