“Not only is Melanie a great friend of mine, but a true professional. She and her staff run an incredible clinic and pour so much heart into it. Even if I didn't know her, the care here is top tier. Whether you're dealing with a sports injury or just need some proper body work done, they actually listen and get results.”Read moreShow less

“Amazing Athletic Therapists! I successfully completed my first full marathon with their support. I started going for therapy due to IT band injuries. Once my injuries healed I continued to go for regular treatments for maintenance. Love their clinic vibe! One time I needed to bring my children and Mel was very accommodating.”Read moreShow less

“I can't say enough good things about INSAHYU Athletic Therapy in Winnipeg. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. Melanie took the time to actually listen to what I was dealing with, ask the right questions, and put together a treatment plan that made sense for me — not a generic one-size-fits-all approach. The hands-on treatment was excellent, and I appreciated that Melanie explained clearly what she was doing and why throughout each session. I also left every appointment with practical exercises and mobility work I could do at home, which made a huge difference in how quickly I recovered. It's not just me either — my whole family sees Melanie now. My wife, my daughter, and my son all go to her, and every one of them has had the same great experience. It says a lot when you trust someone with the care of your entire family. What really sets INSAHYU apart is the level of care. You can tell Melanie genuinely wants her clients to get better and stay better, not just keep coming back forever. Booking is easy, the space is clean and comfortable, and communication has been top-notch throughout. If you're in Winnipeg and looking for athletic therapy — whether you're dealing with an injury, recovering from surgery, or just trying to move better in everyday life — I'd recommend Melanie at INSAHYU without hesitation. Highly, highly recommended.”Read moreShow less

“I can't recommend INSAHYU Ltd. Athletic Therapy highly enough, especially Melanie. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. Melanie is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to understand the root cause of the issue instead of just treating the symptoms. She explained everything clearly, created a treatment plan that was tailored to my needs, and made sure I was comfortable throughout every session. Her expertise, attention to detail, and genuine compassion gave me complete confidence in my recovery. If you're looking for an athletic therapist who truly cares about your health and well-being, Melanie is exceptional. Thank you, Melanie, for your outstanding care and dedication. I highly recommend INSAHYU Ltd. Athletic Therapy to anyone looking for top-quality treatment.”Read moreShow less

“Shoutout to Mel for taking care of me today. Just recently did an AT session with her after participating in Taekwondo Manitoba Open to compete in patterns and Manitoba Marathon to run the 10k race event this weekend. Thank you, Mel! My knee, quads, and hamstrings feel relieved. See you again soon!”Read moreShow less

“Best service I've ever had. Mel was recommended to me for my aching rotator cuff and tennis + golfer's elbow. After getting re-checked, it was found out that it wasn't a rotator cuff injury and was an incorrect impression from elsewhere. Thanks to Mel, Sam, and Jess, they have been actively working on getting me better and I feel waaaayyy better as I continue on my sports. They're working on correcting the problematic body parts I have. THANK YOU LADIES ❤️❤️❤️”Read moreShow less

“Mel and the staff at Insahyu are nothing short of miracle workers. From sports injuries to a simple fall, they have cured every injury I’ve ever had. I was struggling to walk after a bad fall recently, after the first treatment I saw an instant improvement. They always drill down in the assessment to get to the actual root cause. Their focus isn’t to figure out how to get you to come back for multiple visits or waste your time and money - their focus is genuinely on giving you the tools you need to rehabilitate yourself. If you have any ailment in your body - just go see someone here - they will change your life!”Read moreShow less

“Inshayu is your one place stop for recovering and maintenance. I have been coming to see the athletics therapists since they opened 12 years ago. They are so knowledgeable about a variety of situations. The treatments I have done are cupping, needling, specialized metal instruments for those hard to get knots. They also support local business and provide different products for at home exercises. They are conveniently located in the polo park area and are so accommodating to your availabilities. Direct billing is available. Staff are so friendly and personally highly recommended- tell them I sent you!”Read moreShow less
