“The RMT was very nice and polite, but did not use enough pressure, eventhough I asked twice. Seemed a tad annoyed though when I asked. “I've been suffering from neck pain, lost sleep, and headaches intermittently for the last couple weeks. Catherine conducted a thoughtful intake interview to arrive at a treatment plan to address these issues. She provided a balanced approach massage that included relaxation and deep tissue work to release some rather grumpy trigger points. I felt some referral sensations radiate into the regions in my neck and cranium that have been keeping me awake at night. After my massage she suggested some specific neck movements to mobilize the areas she treated to help prevent muscle fixation. I booked a follow up appointment in 7 days as I learned that trigger points can sometimes return with the continuation of aggravating activities (Ha, I'm probably not going to stop scrolling anytime soon, but I am going to start swimming).”Read moreShow less
