“Went to Dr. Jason for an eye checkup for our three-year-old. It was a really good experience. He has a really good approach with kids. Our kid is usually not too fond of doctors, but his manner was very calming, comforting, and fun. She was extremely comfortable throughout the exam and answered questions very well. Even though there was a slight problem, for which another doctor before said that she might need glasses, he guided us that children usually grow out of it at that age and did not need glasses, which we felt was the right advice. Explained everything very well, enquired if we had any questions. Overall, it was great. The whole place was very nice and sleek. There is online booking and the ladies at the front desk were also very welcoming and pleasant. There is parking right opposite the clinic. Definitely recommend.”Read moreShow less

“Before coming to this clinic, I decided to read the reviews and after my own experience, I can confidently say they were spot on. The eye exam was the most thorough one I’ve ever had. It was extremely informative and I actually learned new things about eye health as a general consumer. Dr. Jason was fantastic, he took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my follow-up questions with patience. Afterwards, I had a complimentary styling session with Emily who was an absolute pleasure to work with. She has such an upbeat personality and even though I tried on a bajillion pairs, she helped me find the one that truly complimented my features. “Dr. Chau is a very professional practitioner. He's very personable and great at explaining eye health and exams in layman's terms. The girls at the front desk were also absolutely lovely and helped me pick wonderful glasses (which made the most sense $ wise with extra clip on using an ongoing promotion). “My husband and I had our first appointment at this optical clinic, and we had a great experience. The clinic looks very classy, and they have a great selection of glasses. The technology they use is very good and made everything easy and comfortable. Emily was very sweet and welcoming, and Dr. Jason was knowledgeable and friendly. We felt well taken care of. “I had a very thorough comprehensive eye exam with Dr. Jason Chau. He has a very gentle, warm and welcoming energy so I felt at ease, and he explained every part of the eye exam in detail to me. I didn't feel rushed and he left time at the end to answer my questions and address any concerns that I had. The clinic is extremely bright and clean. Emily assisted me in choosing frames ~ And they have a beautiful selection of frames at reasonable prices. Emily is an absolute delight with a lovely energy and very knowledgeable. My experience here was amazing and I will only be going to Innovation Eye Clinic moving forward. “We had an excellent experience at Innovation Eye Clinic with Dr. Jason Chau. This was our first time trying Ortho-K lenses for our son, and Dr. Chau guided us through every step with patience, professionalism, and great attention to detail. He carefully monitored the progress and even replaced the lenses multiple times until our son achieved truly clear and comfortable vision.
