“Jamie is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. With his wide array of properly applied exercises he restructured my completely buggered up right shoulder and rotator cuff to the point it is now far stronger and functions better (slight decrease, to date, in flexibility, but he'll probably improve that, as well) than it did before my accident. An added bonus is that my left shoulder is stronger AND more flexible than its been since I dislocated it back in the 1980's.
