“Had the pleasure to be treated by Dr. Alpa for the massage and Dr. Chandani for physiotherapy. Been visiting this place for quite some time and I must say, they know what they do. From addressing the issue with effective communication to actually working on it, everything seems so easy. I always thought that massage is only for relaxation, it was only after the moment I met Dr. Alpa and she did deep tissue massage and the cupping therapy to relieve the pain INSTANTLY. I was even more mobile and flexible to perform my daily activities. She spent extra time to make sure that I am leaving the clinic with a smile. Dr. Chandani made sure to find the root cause of the issue and did her best for all the issues. She serves with the sweetest voice and helps you in the best possible way. Kudos to the team and All the best!”

“Very disappointing experience. I booked a massage with Alpa, but the session felt unprofessional and rushed, with little communication. I also did not feel comfortable with the level of hygiene. On top of that, my appointments were cancelled twice last minute without proper notice. Overall, not reliable and not a good experience. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic.”

“Redstone location: it was horrible experience. I went for Cupping, but the therapist given me more deep tissue massage. Cupping was not up to the mark, seems like that person doesn't know how to do cupping. I have been taking this cupping session since so many years from the far side of calgary. I gave it try at this inner wellness redstone location cilnic, as it is near to my place. My decision was totally wrong, wastage to time and money. I am very unhappy with the overall experience. The girls sitting at the reception, they don't have any experience how to bill the client. I came twice to pay the bill. people are not that free. At first when I reached home after taking their service, they called me twice. It was all there fault. Also when it came to print invoice, the sheet she was giving me was my claim pending sheet. They don't even know what is invoice and how to print the invoice. I will not recommend this therapy clinic for cupping.”
