If this is your first time, start with a free 15-minute consultation under “Get Started”. It’s a short conversation to ask questions, meet your therapist, and see if the fit feels right. 💬 Our therapists are Registered Social Workers (MSW, RSW), registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. Psychotherapy services by Registered Social Workers are covered by most extended health insurance plans.
