“I have received massages from Krista for almost 3 years now and I would highly recommend her. After a traumatic car accident 15 months ago, I suffered from whiplash injuries and bilateral rotator cuff tears, my massages became therapeutic and necessary to heal my injuries. Krista always listens to my needs and concerns and works her magic on my injuries. Krista never rushes my appointments and I always leave her feeling relief in my injured areas. “For the last few weeks I haven't been able to turn my head to the left very much, and was having constant pain . I go for my regularly scheduled 90 minute massage once a month and today was the day! Finally I have full range of motion to my neck and the pain is pretty much gone ! Krista helps me with all my arthritic joints helping to keep me pain free and comfortable, and most of all functional! “Krista is the best rmt around! I have chronic shoulder and neck pain causing headaches. She has a strong knowledge and technique for pain relief.
