Shayleen is an absolute life saver. Whenever my back pain gets too intense, she is the only person who can help. My wife also sees her, and Shayleen is the first massage therapist to listen to her needs and give her a massage that doesn't aggravate her fibromyalgia. I can't recommend her enough!

Kim is the best! She helps me so much with my back pains with massages, but also acupuncture and stretching advice. She is great, and I recommend her a thousand times if you want to have a practitioner that goes deep by asking the right questions and pointing where the problem is coming from. I'll go back every week if I could!

Shayleen is a true healer. The experience was perfection from start to finish. Incredible thorough therapeutic massage! She also is very gifted with healing on an energetic and emotional level. SO much compassion, care, attention to detail. Its like heaven for all of the senses, my whole being feels completely peaceful and blissful ✨️❤️

Shayleen is absolutly divine. She releases and has been helping me feel better and be rehabilitated vs debilitated. Shayleen finds the root of the dis-ease / dysfunction, and her hands have a way of discovering trigger points, knots, stagnation, stored tension, you didn’t know, were in great need of support and support in releasing. She listens to your needs and pressure preference and checks in during the session. Her hands are strong and gifted with a gentle way about them your body doesn’t guard against allowing it to release, relax, and reset. What a gem of a human as well. She’s informed, bright, kind, soft light-filled soul and divine guided heart and hands. Weather you need a deep pressure massage or a relaxing healing session or more; she can do it all. You won’t regret it. Ps. Has knowledge and experience working with Ehlers Danlos + Hypermobility

Hidden gem in Marda Loop for massage and other services! I usually see Paula for therapeutic massage and TMJ, but the whole team is amazing. There is currently free parking across the street in the lot while the construction continues but otherwise street parking within a block or two is not too hard to find. Also they offer direct billing to insurance plans.

I can't sing Kim's praises enough! I had a back and neck massage with her earlier this month, which was precisely what I needed for recurring pain in my lower back and neck. Kim explained to me precisely what was causing my pain issues and showed me daily stretches to do to prevent the pain from coming back. I feel so much better than I have in years and I can't thank her enough! If you're experiencing pain in these areas or anywhere, do yourself a favour and go see Kim!!

I’ve been going to Inhale Exhale for over 5 years now and the therapists are absolutely great! Experienced, knowledgeable, attentive and so much more. Definitely recommend them!

Janine is the best (sports) massage therapist in YYC. I have been going to her religiously for the past three years and my performance and range of motion have improved drastically. I came to her with a really bad hip problem and since then I have been feeling and performing at my best. There are no gimmicky treatments (aka hot stone), only real, unadulterated therapy.

This is the absolute best place in the city for massages. It is such a calm and welcoming environment, I see Angela she amazing and I always feel like a new person when I leave. All of the people that work there are so welcoming and knowledgeable, no matter who you book with you will have a positive experience.

I’ve been going here for a few years and I just love it! I also love the new hot towel addition!! I’ve seen a few practitioners and they’re all fantastic. I like deep tissue and Bridget has magic hands! I also love reading Janine’s newsletters that she emails clients. It’s just a really caring environment, free from the pretentious nature I often feel in Mardaloop. This place is definitely worth battling construction traffic for <3
