“I been going to Inertia for almost 2 years now when Michelle moved to this location. I do appreciate how easy the office staff are to deal with, and very friendly. And while going to Inertia and availability didn’t work with Michelle I also found Sarah another RMT at this location that is also amazing. I highly recommend both Michelle and Sarah for your massages. Michelle helped me with a shoulder injury that I had for almost 10 years and went through 8 different RMTs, physio etc, really appreciated the care and attention she put into helping me recover.”Read moreShow less

“Probably the best Physio/Massage I have ever been to. They are to the point, efficient, and tell it how it is. At first it might seem their service is more on the expensive side, however the quality work you get ends up saving you more money. I have been to physio where I went on a weekly base. They were on the cheap side but base on the amount of time I went there, it added up really fast and ended up quite expensive. However, this physio gives me proper diagnosis and homework. What ends up happening is that you do less frequent visits, and actually see progress quite rapidly after each visits. My lower back feels so much better after a decade of pain. My last visit, my physio told me he didn't need to see me anymore since all I had to do is the homework he assigned to me. A lot physio would just book you an appointment until you are good, however my physiotherapist told me to simply continue my homework until my pain goes away, and there's no need to see him (unless I want to). That's the level of professionalism I really respect. The massage therapist there as absolutely great. I had stiff shoulders for the longest time (around more than decade) and he managed to loosen it up quite significantly without feeling sore. It was relaxing and felt good during the session and afterwards. My Physiotherapist was Jayson Gallahue and my massage therapist was Terry Rea. Highly recommend them both!”Read moreShow less

“I've been getting massages at Inertia Physio for over a year now, and have been pleased with my experience at this place. So when I tore my MCL decided to give Physio a try at Inertia as well. It was VERY successful, I'm also getting my Achilles tendinitis treated. All in all, I am extremely pleased with Inertia Physio and will recommend it to everyone I know. Thanks Michelle (Massage) and Jayson (Physio) I appreciate you both, and the entire team”Read moreShow less

“Visited this office during an emergency, on a weekend - they really saved me! No place in Ottawa offers emergency physio. I was truly touched by the level of compassionate care that I received. Truly grateful to Drew and Sarah for saving me that desperate day.”

“I have gone to Inertia since it was opened and was seeing Drew before that at his prior employer. At inertia, Drew, Alisha, and Jayson have treated me at various times. They are all excellent. Many Physios do very little manual work, rely on machines, and bounce from one client to another simultaneously. They don’t give full attention. I went to one of them ones and it turned my injury into a multi month ordeal. Drew and his team don’t do any of that. Focused sessions. Homework given. I cannot stress how good they are. I don’t live close to inertia but I choose to go there because of their quality of service.”Read moreShow less

“I only have my own stubbornness to blame for living with pain longer than I needed to! Had I known how much of a difference Drew’s skill, knowledge, and expertise would make in my quality of life, I would have booked an appointment much sooner. After just a few visits I was already feeling better, and now a monthly session is all I need to enjoy the physical activities I had previously given up. Thank you!!”Read moreShow less

“Just had the most disappointing conversation with the receptionist at this clinic. My elderly father’s brother passed away a day before his appointment and he was in no shape in a state of mind to remember any appointments he made, and this clinic does not send reminders as was made clear by the receptionist. The receptionist told me they don’t care what the reason is for a missed appointment and that they are concerned about the money lost for them. I explained to her several times that my father is elderly and had he been in a state of mind to remember the appointment we absolutely would have called and cancelled as we did with the clinics that did send reminders. The physios at this clinic clearly have great reviews and it’s unfortunate the receptionist does not have a better bedside manner to treat their clients with. Edited to respond: Thank you for your response. While I understand and respect the necessity of your cancellation policy, I wanted to express how distressing the interaction with your receptionist felt. Grief can be profoundly disorienting, especially for elderly individuals, and I was simply hoping for a moment of compassion and understanding. The response we received focused solely on the financial aspect of the missed appointment, rather than recognizing the human moment behind it. Your receptionist was very clear in stating "we don't care what the reason for the cancelled appointment is". We cancelled two other appointments for my father for the same day that sent text reminders and were met with compassion and understanding, though I am sure they have the same concerns for their financial state as yourself. While I appreciate your offer, we have moved forward with another clinic and hope you will use this opportunity to train your receptionist on leading with compassion.”Read moreShow less
